Day off today - and my new lens finally arrived!
So I was up early, hopped on my bike, and headed straight for Christchurch Park. The sun was out, the air was warm, and it felt like the perfect morning to play with a new macro lens.
Once i got into the park, I went straight for the flowers… and wow, it did not disappoint. Cherry blossom everywhere - soft pink clouds in every direction. I’m genuinely thrilled with the shots i got.
And the best part? A couple of squirrels wandered right up to me as if they wanted their portraits taken too. Little naturals.
