Katie messaged me asking if I’d like to do a photoshoot with her and her horse — honestly, that’s my dream shoot, so it was an instant yes. I packed a selection of gowns and hairpieces, then headed over to her home, where she has her own land and a small herd. The place was stunning: open fields, soft summer light, and three beauties waiting — two elegant white horses and the sweetest little pony.
It was a hot day, so we kept things gentle for the horses, just a couple of hours to make sure they didn’t overheat. We wandered through the prettiest fields, stopping whenever the light hit just right, capturing moment after moment.
The horses were incredible — calm, patient, and so connected to Katie. Watching her interact with them was honestly beautiful. You could feel the trust, the bond, the love.
By the end, I was one very happy photographer, sun‑kissed, dusty, and absolutely buzzing from such a magical shoot.
