Model Anna rang me up with the most irresistible idea - “Fancy shooting in an abandoned hospital?” Of course I did. Exploring forgotten buildings is one of my favourite things: the peeling paint, the silence, the stories left behind. There’s something magical about placing a model in a beautiful dress right in the middle of all that decay. The contrast is electric.
So off we went, trekking through woodland until this little hospital appeared out of nowhere. It wasn’t huge, but every corner had something to discover - broken doors and windows shattered by time rather than people.
Anna looked incredible in a white dress, standing against splintered doorframes and cracked glass. Soft, elegant, glowing - framed by rubble and ruin. That mix of beauty and abandonment always creates something special, and this shoot was no exception.
